The Château

Our 18th century property is surrounded by vineyards and located at the edge of the village. GPS: Latitude 44.06193, Longitude 4.731143

The main building, the "Château" : 3 classrooms, the dining room, the living room and 6 bedrooms with bathroom sensuite, air conditioning and TV.

The "Magnanerie" (photo) : 4 classrooms, 7 bedrooms with bathroom ensuite and air conditioning, and 1 fitnessroom.

All of the bedrooms have free Wi-Fi access.

All of the classrooms have internet equipped laptop computers.

The swimming pool (15 x 8 m) is on of the upper terrace of the garden.

The region:

Saint-Geniès-de-Comolas is a village with a population of around 1,850 located in the Rhône valley on the frontiers of the Provence and Languedoc regions.

Nearby are Avignon (TGV and Central train stations, 20 minutes away by car), Orange (10 minutes away) and Châteauneuf-du-Pape (10 minutes), all of which are known throughout the world for their festivals, roman ruins or vineyards.

Numerous festivals in Provence during summer, notably the Chorégies in Orange and the Avignon Festival.

How to get millefeuille provence:

By car

Take the A7 motorway as far as Orange. Then the A9 motorway as far as the exit for Roquemaure.

Turn left for Bagnols-sur-Cèze, then 5 kms later turn right for Saint-Geniès-de-Comolas. Once in the village follow signs for Orange/Roquemaure. The Correnson Château is located just outside the village on the right.

Marseilles Airport

Flights from (depending on the season): London, Dublin, Rome, Madrid, Cologne, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Amsterdam, Prague, Brussels, Malta, Stockholm-Skavsta.

From Marseilles Airport you can take a shuttle bus to the Marseilles St. Charles Railway station OR a bus for Aix-en-Provence, and then a TGV train to Avignon.
