YOU are 23 years + and your main objective is to improve your understanding and expression skills in French. We do everything and more to tailor our programmes to your needs. Your expectations are a guideline for us to provide the best in terms of teaching quality and rigour. Flexibility is also something which characterises our approach.
We are looking forward to welcoming you personally. Millefeuille's relaxed and friendly atmosphere is ideal for learning. You will also have the opportunity to meet French-speaking guests specially invited by the school.

Teaching is provided throughout the year by Cécile (Director of studies), and Séverine. The team is regularly strengthened by Véronique, Patricia, Fabienne, Laurence and Claire.
Gérard is in charge of receiving students and wine-tasting (he is a professional wine expert).
The centre is managed by Dominique.
We are located in a region where good-eating is at the heart of the local culture and meals are an essential time for communication.
Every day our cook Laila prepares light but savoury dishes using only fresh ingredients, to introduce you to the pleasures of Mediterranean cooking. The wines served for the evening meals are all products of organic or sustainable agriculture.
3 times a week, from Tuesday to Thursday, our guests spend time with trainees. A unique opportunity to meet French-speakers!

Numerous guests often come for dinner with the trainees. It's their pleasure to communicate with the students and make them discover "the French soul".
