By choosing our school, you choose a team attentive to your expectations. Over the years we have tailored educational material, course content and activities to the individual needs of each student beyond the more generic categories from which you can choose: general French, business French, diplomatic French or legal French… You can also come to prepare a French exam. We listen to you !
Depending on your goals, you will learn how to participate in a meeting, make a speech, interview a candidate or write a complaint letter: you act in French!
Lessons
Oral expression
Expression activities promote acquisition of expression skills. Students express themselves during simulations or following the understanding of an oral or written content. For example: ask/give informations, quote someone, make a presentation. Teachers actively correct errors and develop student’s ability to express .
Interactions
Practising and memorising communication expressions helps to increase fluency and improve pronunciation. Role-playing and simulations encourage the automatic use of the most useful expressions.
One-to-one tuition or Self-learning guided
Learning is based on your specific needs. The teacher strives to fully respond to your personal concerns in French.
Oral or written exercises
The programme is defined with the teacher according to your needs. Activities focus on reading comprehension and writing, listening comprehension, vocabulary, pronunciation, grammar and conjugations (exercises in understanding a television broadcast with a written questionnaire, writing a letter using a template). Numerous interactive exercises are available on our e-learning site, which is constantly being expanded by our team.
Revision
The teacher asks students to reread the notes from the day that he has laid out. Vocabulary exercises based on the words taught during the day are made available to students on a platform. This is a language acquisition exercise. In general, this is the time to review explanations or do structural exercises in order to automate the use of grammatical and lexical elements.
Self-learning
Students have access to the oral exercises available on the Millefeuille e-learning website. These systematic exercises focus on grammar. The teacher helps the student in the choice of exercises.
Teaching materials
The materials are constantly being developed. Since 2025, we have been using AI to enhance our offering. To best meet the needs of our students, we develop our own vocabulary lists and exercises for each level: systematic oral and written exercises, listening and reading comprehension exercises, writing exercises and, finally, pronunciation exercises. Please note: you can access our e-learning site during and after your stay to take advantage of our interactive exercises.
