Terms of Sale

These general conditions are an integral part of the offers and of any agreement for the sale of services concluded by Millefeuille Provence SARL, having its registered office at 40 rue d’Avignon, Saint-Geniès-de-Comolas, France, and registered at the Registre du Commerce et des Sociétés de Nîmes, under the number SIRET 440 226 660 00015.

 

Article 1 – Object
These Terms of Sale determine the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the sale of French immersion courses at the address where the premises of Millefeuille Provence are located, 40 rue d’Avignon, Saint-Geniès-de- Comolas, France, and online French courses offered by the Seller.

 

Article 2 – General provisions
These Terms of Sale are an integral part of the Contract between the participant and the Seller. They are fully enforceable against the participant who accepted them before placing an order.

 

Article 3 – Terms of registration
The course reservation will only be effective upon receipt of the registration form duly completed and signed through the Millefeuille Provence website or directly by email, 10 calendar days at the latest before the start of the course. Otherwise, the reservation cannot be maintained. The reservation is sent by Millefeuille Provence SARL after agreement on the nature and date of the session.

 

Article 4 – Payment
The prices of the services sold through the website are indicated in Euros excluding taxes and are precisely determined on the website under the “Course programs” page. Under article 261-4-4 ° a) of the CGI, art. L 731-1 to L 731-16 of the Education Code, courses are exempt from VAT. Accommodation costs must be added to the price of the courses, themselves indicated on the website under the “Study at the castle” tab.
Payment can be made by credit card on the site where the lessons take place (at 40 route d’Avignon) or by SWIFT transfer payable to Millefeuille Provence.
A deposit of 20% of the total price must be paid when ordering to validate the registration.
The balance must be paid at the latest one week before the start of the course.
If the client decides to leave the course earlier than expected, the balance is not refunded.
The deposit is only refunded in the event of force majeure.

 

Article 5 – Withdrawal
The participant has the right to notify that he / she renounces the order for services, without penalty and without giving any reason, within a period of reflection of 7 working days from the day after the day of receipt of the confirmation of the final registration. to the Millefeuille Provence training.

 

Article 6 – Cancellation
Cancellations must be made in writing. No penalty will be applied if the participant cancels more than 30 days before the start of the course. However, if the cancellation takes place less than 30 days before the start of the course, the deposit will not be refunded but will remain valid for 12 months.

 

Article 7 – Liability
Millefeuille Provence, which is bound only by an obligation of means, undertakes to provide training with reasonable care and diligence. Consequently, the Seller will be liable only for direct damage resulting from poor performance of its training services, to the exclusion of any intangible or indirect damage, consecutive or not. The overall responsibility of Millefeuille Provence, in respect of or on the occasion of the training, will therefore be limited to the total price of the training.

 

Article 8 – Rules of procedure
The participant agrees to comply with the conditions of the internal rules displayed in each room of which he declares to have read and accept the terms.

 

Article 9 – Educational documentation
The educational documentation provided during the training sessions is the property of Millefeuille Provence SARL and is protected by copyright. Any reproduction, or use for any use other than exclusively internal, as well as any transfer or provision to a third party, is not authorized and constitutes infringement.

 

Article 10 – Data retention
Millefeuille Provence SARL keeps professional data for internal management purposes and in order to provide participants with information on the training followed and to inform them of the various events likely to be of interest to them in the course of their professional life. However, the participant has a right of opposition, rectification and withdrawal with regard to this data, which he can exercise at the address indicated at the header hereof.

 

Article 11 – Applicable law
These general conditions and more generally, the contract binding Millefeuille Provence SARL to the participant, are governed by French law to the exclusion of all other rights.
